- What does the free plan actually include?
- Unlimited mock interviews with the full scorecard, forever, without an account — plus five live minutes on a real call so you can try the thing you would be paying for. No card at any point.
- Why minutes instead of interviews?
- Because you know how long your interview is, and you should not have to work out whether a credit covers it. Minutes never expire, the meter only runs while someone is actually speaking, and you can watch it in the app.
- Is anything held back on the cheaper plans?
- No. Coding mode, screen reading, earbud speech, phone pairing and document context are on every paid plan, including the cheapest one. The plans differ only in how many live minutes you get. If you need one coding interview this week, buy minutes — you get the identical product someone on the top plan is using.
- How is it priced this low?
- Transcription runs on your own machine in the desktop app, so the single largest per-minute cost is zero for us. We also pre-generate your likely answers from the job description before the call, so most live turns are a lookup rather than a fresh generation. That is a lower cost base, not an introductory rate that climbs later.
- How do I pay from Nigeria?
- Bank transfer, USSD or card in Naira, at Naira prices set for Nigeria — not a dollar price converted at the card rate. Everywhere else it is card or crypto in USD.
- Do unused minutes expire?
- No. They sit on your account until you use them. A dropped call does not burn them either — the meter stops when the audio stops.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the account page, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Minutes you bought outright stay yours regardless.
